Creating and managing retrospectives

 

  • Select the Retrospectives view.

  • Click on New retrospective.

 

  • In the New retrospective screen, fill in the Name, Facilitator, Participants and the retrospective format.

  • Click on New retrospective to complete the operation.

  • The available retrospective formats are:

 

  • If you need to create custom reusable templates, then click on the cog icon next to the search box in the right-hand size of the screen

  • Click on Add Template. Fill in the template name and type the columns names and then click Save.

  • When creating a new retrospective you can choose a template from the Custom Templates section.

 

 

  • After completing the creation of a new retrospective, it lands on the first step of the retrospective (Think) where any participant can add ideas.

 

  • If you get back to the dashboard, the just created retrospective is displayed in the list.

 

  • Any user at any time can click on the retrospective and join the session.
