Creating and managing retrospectives
Select the Retrospectives view.
Click on New retrospective.
In the New retrospective screen, fill in the Name, Facilitator, Participants and the retrospective format.
Click on New retrospective to complete the operation.
The available retrospective formats are:
If you need to create custom reusable templates, then click on the cog icon next to the search box in the right-hand size of the screen
Click on Add Template. Fill in the template name and type the columns names and then click Save.
When creating a new retrospective you can choose a template from the Custom Templates section.
After completing the creation of a new retrospective, it lands on the first step of the retrospective (Think) where any participant can add ideas.
If you get back to the dashboard, the just created retrospective is displayed in the list.
Any user at any time can click on the retrospective and join the session.
