Working with templates

In order to get started quickly, you can create templates and reuse them when creating checklists for new work items.

  • Go the Project Settings screen (requires admin permission).

  • Click on the tab Appgami Checklist.

  • Click on + Create template.

 

  • In the dialog Add checklist template, type the template name and then hit Create.

  • A new template is created and displayed in list on the left-hand side.

  • In order to add items to the template, click on Add an item.

 

  • Once the template is created, it'll be available in the work item.

  • In order to use the template, click on the ellipsis button and the select Templates.

  • The dialog Choose template is displayed.

  • Select a template from the list and then hit Apply.

  • The items from the template are automatically applied in the work item checklist.

  • When trying to delete templates, any work item rule associated with the template will also be deleted.
